All ingredients are very low glycemic and will not kick you out of a fat-burning state. We sweeten our products with natural sweeteners that don't raise your blood sugar or upset your stomach.

But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other low calorie ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

My new favorite!

My local Kroger just started carrying this flavor and WOW. It's the best Rebel I've ever tried! Not overly sweet and just a bit of salt from the pistachios is a winning combination. I'll be buying this again for sure.

Fantastic!

My new favorite! I love how it's not too sweet with just a touch of salty from the pistachios. I'll be ordering more since my store doesn't carry it (I've asked)!

Absolutely awesome

Real pistachios in there as well. Of all their flavors (which i have tried them all) this is definitely the best. I just wish any local store by me carried this regularly. Really hard to find!

A keto masterpiece

In my opinion, Rebel Pistachio ice cream is the best keto friendly ice cream ever made. The taste and mouthfeel are superb! I could eat this everyday for dessert and never get tired of it!
